E1018-2312 is a Cam-Lok single pole three-way lay-down "T" connector designed for tapping applications with M-F-F (Male-Female-Female) configuration in black color. This connector features high conductivity brass contacts machined to a smooth sliding fit with easy locking action, and a watertight elastomeric body molded from colorfast material for phase identification. The locked contacts withstand a pulling force of 1,000 lbs, while 1/3 of a turn provides high pressure contact approaching 600 lbs per sq. in. for minimum resistance. The design includes recessed contacts protected by an insulating jacket extending beyond contact ends for safety, and is self-compensating for wear with no moving contact surfaces to eliminate arcing or burning.
