L-4 is a 4-pole Type L barrier style terminal block designed for high voltage and current applications in machine, switchboard, and other heavy load terminations. It features a nickel-plated brass terminal bar with 1/4"-20 plated round-head steel screws and accepts wire up to No. 1AWG. The terminal block is rated at 100A/600V with a tightening torque of 50 in.-lb. and is housed in a phenolic material with a continuous use temperature of 150°C and 94V-1 flammability rating. UL recognized and CSA certified, this terminal block offers breakdown voltages of 11,000V typical terminal-to-terminal and 9,700V typical terminal-to-ground. It is ideal for branch circuit termination and can be combined with other terminal block types for flexible design configurations.
