SW-192 is a high-voltage barrier-style terminal block designed for surface snap-in track assembly applications requiring robust power distribution and control connectivity. The module features a 3/8" (9.52 mm) center-to-center spacing and accommodates wire sizes from No. 22 AWG to No. 8 AWG, with a 600V voltage rating and current capacity of 25–50 amps depending on terminal type (SWS, SWT, or SWTC variants). The housing is constructed from polyamide material with a continuous use temperature rating of 125°C (257°F) and 94V-2 flammability rating, providing excellent chemical resistance to both organic and inorganic substances. The SW-192 designation indicates a 192-pole capacity (or 96-pole for standard configurations), making it suitable for large-scale industrial control panels, power distribution systems, and modular terminal assemblies where space efficiency and high current handling are essential.
