The FSU12LF is a low-flow liquid detection switch designed for use in liquid flow systems at pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures from -20°C to +85°C. It features a moving magnet and fixed reed switch mechanism with 1/2" NPT thread connection and low flow restriction design. The switch operates with a must-operate flow rate of 0.24 US Gal/min (0.9 liters/min) and a must-release flow rate of 0.07 US Gal/min (0.25 liters/min), with electrical ratings of 240V AC maximum switching voltage and 0.6A maximum switching current. The device is constructed from NSF-approved acetal material with a 10-inch PVC-insulated cable and is NSF 61 approved for use in potable water systems. It is commonly used in heating, cooling, and water circulation systems where reliable flow detection is required.
