XV3550-2R7307-R is a cylindrical snap-in supercapacitor from Eaton's PowerStor Series X, utilizing electrochemical double layer capacitor (EDLC) construction for ultra-high capacitance and energy density. The device features a capacitance of 300 F with a working voltage of 2.7 V, maximum initial DC ESR of 4.5 mO, and can deliver peak currents up to 160 A with maximum continuous current of 20 A. It operates reliably over a temperature range of -40°C to +65°C (extended to +85°C with voltage derating), offers over 10-year operating life at room temperature, and maintains capacitance change within ±20% after 1500 hours at maximum operating voltage. This supercapacitor is ideal for hybrid battery systems, high pulse current applications, UPS/hold-up power systems, and other applications requiring high energy density and rapid charge/discharge cycles.
