The 10-8120 is a Type 44 non-silicone heat sink compound designed for effective heat dissipation in electronic applications. Compounded with 100% synthetic base stocks, it provides excellent heat transfer efficiency, high thermal stability, and a high flow rate without the separation, bleed, or migration typical of silicone-based greases. With a thermal conductivity of 1.8 x 10⁻³ CAL/SEC cm ºK and a dielectric strength of 420 volts/mil, it ensures reliable performance. This compound meets MIL-C-47113 Type 2 specifications and is ideal for applications requiring stable thermal coupling across an operating range of -22°F to 390°F.
