The 1590CBK is a rugged diecast aluminum alloy enclosure from the 1590 series, designed to house electronic instruments. It features lap joint construction that provides IP54 protection against dust and splashing water, while also offering improved EMI/RFI shielding. This model measures 119.5 x 94 x 56.5 mm and is finished with a tough, textured black polyester powder paint that includes matching black screws. The tough yet easy-to-machine aluminum and a low side wall draft angle of 2° or less make it ideal for mounting PC boards in various applications like project boxes and guitar stomp boxes.
