The M80-5400842 is an 8-contact, double-row rectangular connector from the M80 series, designed for reliable board-to-board, cable-to-board, and cable-to-cable interconnections. It features a current rating of up to 3.0A per contact when all contacts are loaded at 25°C and a working voltage of 800V DC or AC Peak. The connector is built for durability, rated for 500 mating cycles, and can operate in a wide temperature range from -55°C to +125°C. With contacts featuring gold on the contact area and 100% tin on the tail, it ensures low initial contact resistance of 20mΩ maximum. Polarized and fully shrouded, this connector is ideal for low-voltage applications requiring high packing density and robustness against vibration and shock.
