<p>The Honeywell 311SM1-T Snap Action Switch features a N.O./N.C. switch configuration with an operating force of 0.39 N. This Snap Action Switch has a long operating life and comes with an elongated mounting hole which enables easier and accurate mounting. This Honeywell Snap Action Switch operates at temperatures ranging between -55 to 125 °C and comes with a straight lever actuator and solder termination.</p> <p>Snap action switches are highly sensitive switches that respond to very small movements and can rapidly change from one contact position to the other. The SM series sub-miniature basic switches are used for simple or precision on/off applications. These highly sensitive switches are mostly used in aerospace, instrumentation, timing devices, vending machines, computer and business equipment, test instruments, HVAC equipment, office equipment, manually operated devices, and valves.</p>
