End Plate
The BNE150W is a large-capacity screw terminal block designed for high-current power distribution and industrial control systems. It features UL/CSA recognition and TÜV compliance, with a 600V/150A rating under UL/CSA standards and 1000V/175A under JIS standards. The terminal block accommodates wire sizes from 16 AWG to 1/0 AWG (60 mm²) and is equipped with M8 stud terminals for secure, high-current connections. It is molded from UL94V-0 material providing excellent flame and shock resistance, and mounts on standard 35-mm DIN rails or 30-mm IEC type C rails. The tightening torque range is 10 to 13.5 N·m, and the operating temperature range is -25°C to +55°C with 100 MO minimum insulation resistance and 2500V AC dielectric strength. Common applications include power distribution panels, motor control centers, and large industrial switchgear where reliable high-current connections are essential.
