The DL1-P-D/C is a 156-contact, plastic-body, zero-insertion-force (ZIF) plug connector designed for high-performance, multiple-wire power and signal connections. It features a durable UL 94V-1 rated glass-filled thermoplastic housing and supports various contact types, including crimp and square post, accommodating wire sizes from #18 to #42 AWG. The connector is rated for a minimum of 10,000 mating cycles and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 105°C. It has a current rating of 5 A maximum per contact and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1200 VAC RMS. Mating is achieved with a single-hand actuated rotating latch, making it ideal for applications in medical diagnostics, automated test equipment, and industrial automation.
