The E107SD1CBE is a sealed miniature toggle switch featuring single-pole double-throw (SPDT) configuration with on-off-momentary switching function. The switch is constructed with a brass or steel support with matte-tin plating, stainless steel switch support retainer, and copper alloy contacts with gold plate over nickel plate (B contact material) or silver plated (Q contact material). It is sealed against solder and cleaning process contaminants with an epoxy terminal seal, UL 94V-0 nylon case and bushing, and offers contact resistance below 10 mO typical at 2-4 V DC with 100 mA. The switch supports electrical ratings of 7.5 amps at 125 V AC or 28 V DC, with an electrical life of 40,000 make-and-break cycles at full load, and provides 1000 Vrms minimum dielectric strength. Typical applications include telecommunications, instrumentation, and medical equipment where reliable sealed switching and environmental protection are required.
