The AT32UC3L0128-AUT is a high-performance, low-power 32-bit AVR system-on-chip microcontroller based on the AVR32 UC RISC processor. It is equipped with 128KB of internal high-speed Flash, 32KB of SRAM, and operates at a maximum frequency of 50 MHz. The device includes a rich set of peripherals, such as four USARTs, two TWIs, one SPI, an 8-channel 12-bit ADC, and a capacitive touch module. It leverages picoPower® technology for ultra-low power consumption and features 12 peripheral DMA channels to improve data transfer speeds without CPU intervention. These features make it suitable for cost-sensitive embedded applications requiring low power, high code density, and high performance.
