The MCP1703T-3602E/CB is a CMOS low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator that provides a fixed 3.6V output and can deliver up to 250 mA of current. It operates over a wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 16.0V while consuming only 2.0 µA of typical quiescent current. This device features a standard output voltage tolerance of 2.0%, overtemperature protection, and short-circuit protection for robust operation. Housed in a 3-lead SOT-23A package, it is stable with a small 1.0 µF ceramic output capacitor and operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The combination of low quiescent current and high input voltage makes it ideal for battery-powered applications, microcontroller power, and consumer products.
