The G3VM-81UR(TR05) is a normally open (SPST-NO) MOS FET relay in a compact VSON4 surface-mount package. It is rated for a load voltage of 80V (peak) and a continuous load current of 120mA (peak). This low on-resistance relay features a maximum on-state resistance of 12 Ω and a maximum turn-on time of 0.2 ms.
