The BAT54SLT1G is a dual series Schottky barrier diode intended for high-speed switching, circuit protection, and voltage clamping applications. This device features an extremely fast switching speed with a maximum reverse recovery time of 5.0 ns and a low typical forward voltage of 0.35 V at a forward current of 10 mA. It is rated for a reverse voltage of 30 V and a continuous forward current of up to 200 mA. Housed in a miniature SOT-23 surface-mount package, its low forward voltage reduces conduction loss, making it excellent for space-constrained handheld and portable applications.
