The AQV234AX is a high-sensitivity, 1-Form-A PhotoMOS solid-state relay designed for switching both AC and DC loads. It is rated for a load voltage of 400V and a continuous load current of 120mA. Housed in a 6-pin DIP surface-mount package, this relay features a low typical LED operating current of 0.31mA and a maximum off-state leakage current of 1µA.
