The AQV414A is a normally closed, 1 Form B PhotoMOS relay designed for controlling AC or DC loads. It handles a peak load voltage of 400V and a continuous load current of 120mA. This surface-mount relay features a low typical on-resistance of 26Ω and a maximum off-state leakage current of 1µA. Due to its extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage, it is ideal for controlling low-level analog signals without distortion in applications like security equipment, telephone systems, and measuring instruments.
