The ERZ-V14D241CS is a ZNR transient/surge absorber designed to protect electronic equipment from overvoltage events. It features a nominal varistor voltage of 240V, a maximum allowable voltage of 150V ACrms, and a maximum clamping voltage of 395V at 50A. This device can withstand a high peak surge current of up to 6000A (8/20 µs, 1 time) and has a maximum energy handling capability of 84 Joules (10/1000 µs). It has a rated power of 0.6W and a maximum capacitance of 700 pF at 1 kHz. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, it is suitable for surge protection in a wide variety of applications, including line-to-line protection in AC 100V systems, consumer electronics, and communication equipment.
