The EZJ-Z1V120KA is a low-voltage, standard-type multilayer varistor from the EZJZ series, intended for electrostatic discharge (ESD) suppression. It features a maximum allowable DC voltage of 6.7 V and a nominal varistor voltage of 12 V at 1 mA. This 0603 component has a typical capacitance of 250 pF at 1 MHz and can handle a maximum peak current of 20 A for an 8/20µs pulse. It provides robust protection by withstanding an 8 kV contact discharge per IEC61000-4-2 standards and operates across a temperature range of –40 °C to 85 °C.
