The MD-30SG is a 3-pin Mini DIN connector designed for PCB mounting with right-angle orientation and full electromagnetic shielding. It features a fully shielded design with ground tabs for enhanced signal integrity and operates at rated input voltages of 100 Vac or 12 Vdc with a maximum input current of 2 A. The connector exhibits excellent electrical performance with contact resistance of 30 mO maximum, insulation resistance of 50 MO at 250 Vdc, and voltage withstand capability of 250 Vac for 1 minute. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, insertion force between 1–4.5 kg, and a rated life of 1,000 cycles, the MD-30SG is well-suited for industrial control systems, audio equipment, and data communication applications requiring robust, shielded interconnections.
