The 150812 is a transparent, metal-out static shielding bag from the 1500 series, engineered to provide a static-safe environment for sensitive electronic components. It is constructed from a metallized polyester and polyethylene laminate with a proprietary top coating that protects the metal layer and minimizes electrical field penetration. With a thickness of 3 mils, the bag provides discharge shielding of less than 10 nJ and has an exterior surface resistance of 1 x 10^4 to < 1 x 10^6 ohms. These heat-sealable bags are ideal for shipping and storing ESD-sensitive items, complying with ANSI/ESD S541 and S11.4 standards.
