The MS614SE-FL28E is a non-reflowable, 3V Manganese Silicon (MS) lithium rechargeable battery designed for backup power applications. It provides a nominal capacity of 3.4 mAh with a recommended charge voltage range of 2.8V to 3.3V and has a typical internal impedance of 80 Ω. This battery features a long cycle life of over 100 cycles at 100% depth of discharge and exhibits excellent overdischarge characteristics, maintaining stable capacity even after being discharged to 0.0V. It is designed to operate within a temperature range of -20°C to +60°C. Common applications include providing backup power for Real Time Clocks (RTC) and memory in devices such as security cameras, GPS equipment, and personal computers.
