The 67F125 is a subminiature bimetal disc thermostat from the Airpax 6700 series, designed for accurate and reliable temperature sensing and switching in a single device. It features a positive snap action, single pole/single throw configuration with gold-plated contacts rated for up to 20,000 life cycles at 48 VDC/0.5 A or up to 100,000 life cycles at 5 VDC/0.001 A. The thermostat operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 160°C (long-term exposure) with an operating window of 40°C to 130°C, a temperature tolerance of ±5°C, and a contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum. It conforms to the international Y220/TC220 package standard, enabling automated placement and soldering on PC boards, and is RoHS compliant with VDE approval.
