The 67L050P is a subminiature bimetallic thermostat from the Airpax 6700 series designed for accurate and reliable thermal sensing and switching in a single device. It features positive snap action, single pole/single throw operation with open-on-rise (break) contact operation at a 50°C setpoint (±5°C tolerance), and conforms to the international Y220/TC220 package standard for automated PCB placement and soldering. The thermostat provides contact ratings of up to 0.5 A at 48 VDC for 20,000 cycles or 0.001 A at 5 VDC for 100,000 cycles, with gold-plated contacts, 50 mO maximum contact resistance, and a 3 ms maximum contact bounce. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 160°C with short-term exposure capability to 260°C, and the unit features RoHS compliance, VDE approval with plastic mounting bracket option, and high-temperature epoxy sealing for moisture protection.
