The 20LPCV2415 is a linear proportional controller designed for precise control of resistive heating loads using a 4-20 mA analog input signal. It operates at 240 VAC with a maximum load current rating of 15 A and features a control range of 4-20 mA with a turn-on threshold of 4.5 mA and nominal input impedance of 460 Ohm. The device provides proportional firing angle control with an operating voltage range of 20-300 Vrms (60Hz), transient overvoltage protection rated at 600 Vpk, and maximum on-state voltage drop of 1.6 V at rated current. With an ambient operating temperature range of -30°C to +80°C, thermal resistance of 1.48°C/W, and encapsulation in thermally conductive epoxy, this controller is well-suited for industrial temperature control applications including infrared heaters, thermal forming equipment, and conveyor speed control systems.
