The ADF09 is a 9-position DIP switch featuring a flush actuator and auto-insertable design from the AD Series by TE Connectivity/Alcoswitch. It is available in multiple termination options including PC (through-hole), S (surface mount outside "L"), and SA (surface mount inside "L") configurations, with optional tape seal for vacuum pick-and-place assembly. The switch features high-pressure wiping contacts that allow aqueous or solvent cleaning without tape seal, gas-tight contacts, and can withstand vapor phase reflow or wave soldering conditions at 245°C ±5°C for 30 seconds. With a length of 0.978 inches (24.84 mm) and shipped in the off position, the ADF09 is ideal for applications requiring reliable manual configuration in industrial control systems, test equipment, and consumer electronics where space efficiency and durability are essential.
