The FSMCDH is a tactile pushbutton switch featuring a 6.0 mm square actuator with a blue button and an actuation force of 160±50 grams-force. It is constructed with a nylon 66 case (UL94HB, black finish), PET film cover (white), and copper alloy contacts with silver finish on moving contacts and silver over nickel finish on fixed contacts. The switch is rated for a maximum contact rating of 50 mA at 24V DC with an initial contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum and an insulation resistance of 1000 megohm minimum. It operates reliably over a temperature range of -35°C to +85°C and is designed for 100,000 mechanical cycles minimum at 2 cycles per second with 150% actuation force. The FSMCDH is ideal for consumer electronics, industrial control panels, and high-temperature applications requiring durable, low-profile tactile feedback.
