160136 is a pre-insulated PLASTI-GRIP solderless terminal designed for low-cost, insulated electrical terminations. It features a high conductivity copper body with color-coded PVC insulation that provides good dielectric strength and supports wire insulation to prevent bare wire exposure. The terminal includes a funneled wire entry to prevent turned back wire strands and serrations in the crimp barrel for maximum contact and tensile strength after crimping. It is rated for 600V operating voltage with a maximum operating temperature of 105°C and is UL listed/CSA approved with 94V-0 rated insulation.
