The 208268-3 is an ARINC 600 press-fit power and Quadrax receptacle contact designed to eliminate soldering in PCB attachment applications while reducing weight by up to 10%. This high-performance copper-alloy stamped contact features selectively plated gold contact tips and is available in multiple sizes (22, 20, 16, and 12) with current ratings ranging from 5.0 A to 25.0 A depending on contact size. The contact operates over a temperature range of -65°C to +125°C, withstands dielectric voltages of 1500 VACrms at sea level and 500 VACrms at 50,000 ft, and maintains insulation resistance of 1000 megohms minimum.
