2408022-1 is an extruded EMI gasket conductive strip from the Kemtron 1202 Series, designed for electromagnetic interference shielding applications. It features a fluorosilicone binding material with silver plated aluminum (Ag/Al) filler, providing excellent conductivity with a maximum volume resistivity of 0.012 O.cm. The gasket has a tube shape with an outside diameter of 1.6 mm and inside diameter of 0.5 mm, supplied in 10 m lengths. It offers resistance to petroleum and operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +160°C. This conductive elastomer is ideal for EMI and EMC shielding solutions in electronic enclosures and equipment requiring reliable electromagnetic compatibility.
