The 1EK3 is a general-purpose RFI power line filter designed for high impedance loads and applications with pulsed, continuous, or intermittent RFI interference. As an EK model, it meets very low leakage current requirements for VDE portable equipment and non-patient care medical equipment, with a maximum leakage current of 0.21 mA at 120 VAC 60 Hz and 0.36 mA at 250 VAC 50 Hz. The filter is rated for 1A continuous current at 250 VAC maximum, operating at 50/60 Hz with an ambient temperature range of -10°C to +40°C. It features a hipot rating of 2250 VDC line-to-ground and 1450 VDC line-to-line, and is UL recognized, CSA certified, and VDE approved. The 1EK3 is ideal for medical devices, portable equipment, and industrial applications where low leakage current and RFI suppression are critical requirements.
