The 202F242-51/164-0 is a straight, lipped boot designed to provide strain relief and environmental sealing for harness systems. This component is made from a flexible elastomer polymer blend (material -51) and is supplied with a factory-applied S-1125 adhesive coating (code /164). As supplied, its minimum entry diameter is 35.6 mm and its maximum exit diameter is 22.1 mm. After unrestricted recovery, these diameters shrink to a minimum of 28.7 mm and a maximum of 10.2 mm, respectively, with a recovered length of 159.5 mm. It is designed to be used with Raychem grooved adapters to protect circular connectors in various electronic applications.
