The S02-13-R is a blue immersion-resistant SolderSleeve™ Shield Terminator with transparent, heat-shrinkable insulation sleeve constructed of radiation cross-linked polyvinylidene fluoride. This S02-series terminator with 24AWG pre-installed ground lead meets the performance requirements of SAE-AS83519 (MIL-S-83519/2) and MIL-W-22759/32-AA-90 (for lead). It has a colored thermo chromic temperature indicator that exhibits a distinct color change when surfaces have reached wetting temperature. This color change gives both manufacturing and quality control an aid in the inspection of the completed termination.
