The X2-18.0-0-FSP is a highly flame-retardant, thin-wall heat shrink tubing designed to insulate and mechanically protect components, electrical connections, and terminations. Made from non-halogenated irradiated polyolefin, it features a 2:1 shrink ratio, a minimum expanded internal diameter of 18.6 mm, and shrinks to a maximum recovered internal diameter of 9.0 mm with a 0.77 mm wall thickness. This tubing operates over a temperature range of -30°C to 125°C, requires a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C, and provides a dielectric strength of at least 19.7 kV/mm. Its UL VW-1 flammability rating and halogen-free composition make it suitable for use in enclosed spaces across applications like automotive, commercial electronics, and industrial equipment.
