SH24D50 is a high-performance zero-cross solid-state relay designed for industrial AC switching applications with output capability up to 50A at 12-275 Vac load voltage and 3-32 Vdc control voltage. The relay features low zero-cross turn-on voltage (±12 Vac typical), input and output protection with control LED standard, and IP20 touch-proof flaps for safety. It incorporates a maximum surge current rating of 720A (non-repetitive), on-state voltage drop of 0.9V, and a junction-case thermal resistance of 0.45°C/W for the 50A configuration. The device is designed in conformity with EN60947-4-3 (IEC947-4-3) and EN60950/VDE0805 reinforced insulation standards, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments including motor control, heating element switching, and phase-angle control applications.
