The J134DM4-12L is a sensitive Centigrid® DPDT relay designed for applications requiring high packaging density. This military-qualified relay features a 12 Vdc nominal coil, an 800-ohm coil resistance, and an internal diode for coil transient suppression. It is hermetically sealed and designed to operate over a wide temperature range from -65°C to +125°C, with a DC resistive contact rating of 1 Amp at 28 Vdc. The all-welded, uni-frame construction provides excellent resistance to shock and vibration. Due to its low intercontact capacitance and low coil power dissipation, it is an excellent ultraminiature RF switch for applications like handheld radio transceivers.
