The tape features a carrier thickness of 0.005 inches (0.127 mm) and total tape thickness of 0.004 inches (0.10 mm), with peel adhesion values ranging from 45 oz/in (49 N/100mm) initially to 125 oz/in (135 N/100mm) at 72 hours on the lined side for PVC substrates. The product incorporates 3M's proprietary Easy Mount liner technology, which creates a crosshatched pattern of micro-channels in the adhesive surface that allows air to escape during application, enabling clean and air-free mounting and demounting. The tape demonstrates excellent solvent resistance to water and alkanes, good resistance to alcohols, and operates reliably at temperatures up to 150°F (65°C), making it ideal for high-performance flexographic printing operations requiring consistent plate holding power and clean removal.
