The 2220Y1K20224KXTWS3 is a StackiCap™ multilayer ceramic capacitor designed to provide a high capacitance value in a compact footprint for high-voltage applications. It has a capacitance of 220nF with a ±10% tolerance and a voltage rating of 1.2kV. The stable X7R (2R1) dielectric allows for operation over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a capacitance change of less than ±15%. This component features Knowles' proprietary FlexiCap™ termination for superior mechanical performance and, as indicated by the WS3 suffix, requires conformal coating after mounting. Its high capacitance density and robustness make it ideal for power supplies, aerospace electronics, and other demanding high-voltage circuits.
