34318-1 is a SOLISTRAND parallel splice connector designed for joining 8 AWG (6.64-10.5 mm²) wires. It features a width of 0.296 inch (7.52 mm) and length of 0.375 inch (9.53 mm), with a minimum wire barrel inside diameter of 0.172 inch (4.37 mm). Constructed of high conductivity copper with a brazed seam and "W" crimp design, it provides high tensile strength and corrosion resistance. The terminal operates at temperatures up to 170°C and meets or exceeds MIL Spec SAE AS7928 requirements. It is commonly used in material handling equipment, motors, heavy equipment, switchgear, and power supply applications.
