It features a transparent, radiation cross-linked modified polyvinylidene fluoride insulation sleeve, a tin-plated copper alloy crimp barrel, and thermoplastic end caps color-coded blue for easy identification. A clear silicone-based gel inside provides environmental sealing against immersion. These RoHS-compliant splices are designed for wires with insulation rated for 105°C and have an operating temperature range of -65°C to +150°C, ensuring reliable performance in demanding applications.
