The R-2428 is a silicone rubber surface RTD temperature sensor designed for noninvasive temperature monitoring on round or uneven surfaces. It features a 100 Ohm platinum element with an accuracy of ±0.5% at 0°C and a temperature coefficient of 0.00385. This sensor operates over a temperature range of -50°C to 220°C and is configured with three 96-inch PTFE-insulated leadwires. Its flat, flexible design and fast response time make it ideal for applications such as monitoring the windings of electric motors and generators, as well as in HVACR and industrial equipment.
