The ER116CM9-12A is an ultraminiature, hermetically sealed, DPDT general-purpose relay from the 116C Centigrid® series, capable of being directly driven by IC logic families. It operates with a nominal coil voltage of 12Vdc, drawing a maximum coil current of 36.1 mA at 25°C. The relay features a 2 Form C contact arrangement with a resistive DC load rating of 1A at 28Vdc and operates over a wide temperature range of -65°C to +125°C. Its integrated N-channel MOSFET driver, Zener diode protection, and coil suppression diode enable direct interfacing with CMOS, TTL, and MOS logic. Due to its low profile, .100" grid spaced terminals, and low intercontact capacitance, it is ideal for high-density packaging and RF switching applications.
