Introducing the new SBS®X-75A Sealed Waterproof Connector Series

In today’s environments where high power, signaling and waterproof protection are required, Anderson Power productos has you protected. 

The SBS®X-75A sealed waterproof conectores come in a multiple of configuration offerings with up to a maximum of 140A of power and the durability of up to 5,000 mating cycles. Positive metal latches help safeguard against accidental disconnects that may be caused by vibration, while the built-in cable clamp allows for strain relief on wires. The compact sleek high-power design of these environmentally rugged conectores makes them ideal for outdoor aplicaciones. The IP68 weatherproof rating ensures that the connector will be free of agua for full protection up to 30 minutes at 6 feet in the mated conditions, or with the use of covers in unmated condition.

SBS® Connector Series – Standard Housings (Non-sealed)

The patented SBS connector family is designed to provide high power in a compact ergonomic housing with protection against accidental contact with live circuits. This is of particular importance in aplicaciones where DC voltages exceed 30 volts and can be health threatening.

SBS Mini conectores are the smallest DC power conectores available in the SBS series rated up to 52 amps. Each housing securely holds two power contacts designed with flat-wiping tecnología to enable hot swapping capabilities to 45 amps at 72 volts on DC circuits. 

SBS®50, SBS®75X and SBS®75G are available in Wire-to-wire and wire-to-board configurations both provide power contacts rated up to 110 amps. The SBS75X offers up to 4 mate-last break-first auxiliary power / signal contacts rated up to 20 amps. The SBS75G características a third first-mate last-break ground or power contact. All contact positions are rated for circuit interruption (hot plugging).

Chemical Resistant Housings (Non-sealed)

The Chemical Resistant (CR) line of conectores were developed for customers whose aplicaciones require durability against environmental factors that commonly degrade Polycarbonate plastics. The Polycarbonate/PBT blended material offers improved resistance to hydrocarbons and solvents, as well as, an extended temperature range to -40°C. Ideal for a variety of industries including Personal Mobility, automotriz, industrial, and more.  Housings offer a genderless style that is mechanically keyed to prevent cross mating with hot plug capabilities. These productos mate with standard housings and accept the same range of contacts.
