The 5854/7-GR001 is a single-conductor hookup wire featuring 24 AWG (7/32) stranded copper conductor with 0.010" nominal PTFE insulation wall thickness, designed for high-temperature and high-voltage applications. It meets UL AWM/STYLE 1213 VW-1 standards at 105°C and MIL-W-16878/4 (Type E) specifications at 200°C with a 600V RMS rating, providing excellent flame resistance and electrical performance. The wire operates reliably across a temperature range of -60°C to +200°C and exhibits low conductor DC resistance of 23.6 O/1000ft at 20°C with nominal inductance of 0.05 µH/ft.
