AQY282SZ is a low-cost PhotoMOS relay designed for general-purpose switching applications requiring high sensitivity and low on-state resistance. This 2-channel relay (Form A, SOP4 package) can control a maximum 0.5A load current at 60V with only 5mA input current, featuring a typical on-resistance of 0.85O and maximum of 2.5O. The device offers stable operation without metallic contact parts, extremely low off-state leakage current of 100pA at rated load voltage, and operates reliably across -40°C to +85°C with 1,500V AC I/O isolation. Typical applications include modems, telephone equipment, security systems, sensors, and amusement devices where reliable, low-power switching is required.
