The 47L04-E/P is a 4 Kbit serial EERAM designed for applications requiring fast and reliable nonvolatile data storage. It operates on a VCC supply range of 2.7V to 3.6V and supports a maximum I2C clock frequency of 1 MHz. The memory is organized as 512 x 8 bits and features automatic data store to the EEPROM backup upon power loss and automatic recall to SRAM on power-up.
