AQZ202D is an AC/DC dual-type voltage-driven PhotoMOS relay designed for bi-directional control of both AC and DC loads without requiring different usage configurations. It features a wide input voltage range from 4 to 30 V DC, enabling compatibility with 5 V, 12 V, and 24 V DC systems, and delivers a continuous load current of 2.7 A at 60 V peak AC/DC output rating. The device exhibits low on-resistance of 0.066 O (typical) at 5 V input with maximum load current, combined with high sensitivity that allows full load control from a minimum input voltage of 4 V DC.
