The RBB22X is a butt splice self-insulated with heat-shrinkable polyolefin and internally coated sealant, for wire range #16 - #14 AWG. Upon completed installation, a fully sealed connection protects the joint against the degrading effects of galvanic action, corrosion, and environmental exposure. These splices are color-coded according to wire size. Length 1.50 inches, width .26 inches, and maximum insulation dia .200 inches. The splice is made of high-conductivity electrolytic copper, electro-tin plated. Recommended tool ERG4255.
