The 4605X-101-102LF is a thick-film conformal SIP resistor network featuring an isolated resistor configuration (102 circuit) with bussed electrical topology (101 designation). This component incorporates 2 to 7 isolated thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins, with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The resistor network supports a resistance range from 10 ohms to 10 megohms with temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±100 ppm/°C for 50 O to 2.2 megohms and ±250 ppm/°C for values below 50 O or above 2.2 megohms, along with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values. The package features Sn/Ag/Cu-plated RoHS-compliant terminations, low-profile design compatible with DIPs, and is rated for 0.63 W at 70°C ambient temperature, making it suitable for DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and other precision resistor network applications requiring reliable performance and design flexibility.
